The GAVI Alliance is a unique public-private partnership that seeks to extend the reach and efficiency of child immunization programs in the world's poorest countries. It must communicate with many constituent audiences – public and private donors, government health ministries, UN and NGO partners, the financial services sector, the pharmaceutical industry, media, and hundreds of field workers in over seventy countries. We worked with GAVI over a six month period to restructure and upgrade its web presence to meet multiple channel and information needs, succinctly and efficiently, and to overlay key themes that differentiate the organization and the cause it represents.
