Heat protective apparel made from DuPont NOMEX® fibers sets the standard for firefighters and emergency service workers around the world. The quality of finished garments is critical. To ensure that the full benefit of its increasingly high-tech materials reached the marketplace, DuPont decided to significantly reduce the number of apparel manufacturers with whom it worked. We provided skills over a three months period to define a new partnership concept, develop the commercial logic, and produced a high quality support package for a themed industry launch.
